Individual Therapy Services

Individual therapy is provided virtually through a HIPAA-compliant video platform to clients located in Florida, New Hampshire, Oklahoma, and Oregon, where I am licensed to practice.

Our work begins with understanding what is bringing you to therapy and what you want to feel different in your life. From there, we create a treatment plan together based on your history, goals, strengths, and individual needs.

My practice has a particular focus on trauma recovery, anxiety, relationship patterns, grief, self-worth, and the ways past experiences can continue to influence how you think, feel, and respond in the present.

Therapy may incorporate one or more approaches depending on what is most appropriate for you, including:

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

  • IFS (Internal Family Systems)

  • DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)

  • Somatic Therapy

  • ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy)

  • Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)

  • Narrative Therapy

  • Mindfulness-Based Therapy

  • Clinical Hypnosis when appropriate

  • Other trauma-informed and evidence-informed approaches

You don’t have to arrive knowing exactly what type of therapy you need. That’s something we can figure out together.

Couples Therapy

Services

Relationships can bring some of our deepest connection—and some of our deepest pain.

Couples therapy provides a space to slow down patterns of conflict, understand what is happening underneath those patterns, and work toward a relationship that feels more connected, secure, and understood.

Couples counseling is provided virtually through a HIPAA-compliant video platform. Treatment is individualized to you and your partner(s), with attention to communication, emotional connection, recurring conflict patterns, trust, intimacy, and the needs of your relationship.

I am a Gottman Relationship Checkup approved member. and trained in Gottman methods for couples treatment.

I also utilize Prepare/Enrich pre=martial counseling treatment and integrate EFCT (Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy) techniques into couples work.

My practice welcomes a range of relationship structures, including LGBTQ+ relationships and ethically non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships.

Intensive Therapy Sessions

Sometimes weekly therapy doesn’t feel like enough time to focus on everything you want to address.

Intensive therapy provides an opportunity to set aside a longer, more concentrated period of time for therapeutic work. These sessions may be helpful for clients who want to focus deeply on a specific treatment goal, are navigating a significant transition, or want more dedicated time than a traditional weekly session allows.

Intensives can be structured as individual or couples therapy and may incorporate approaches such as EMDR, clinical hypnosis, IFS, somatic approaches, Gottman couples therapy, and Prepare/Enrich premarital counseling, depending on your goals and clinical needs.

Intensive therapy is not about rushing the healing process. Instead, it creates more space for focused therapeutic work over a shorter period of time.

Intensive sessions include:

  • One 50-minute intake session

  • Your intensive therapy session(s)

  • One 50- minute follow-up session

Individual Intensive Therapy:

  • 90-minute: $1,050

  • 3-hour: $1,650

  • 6-hour: $2,850

  • 9-hour: $4,050

Couples Intensive Therapy:

  • 90-minute: $1,300

  • 3-hour: $2,050

  • 6-hour: $3,550

  • 9-hour: $5,100

Intensives can be scheduled over one day or over multiple days, and work around client's preference & scheduling needs

Clinical Hypnosis

Clinical hypnosis is a therapeutic approach that uses focused attention, relaxation, and increased mental absorption to support meaningful change.

As a certified clinical hypnotherapist, I incorporate hypnosis into treatment when it is appropriate for the client’s goals and overall treatment plan.

Clinical hypnosis may be used as part of work related to anxiety, stress, trauma recovery, sleep, pain management, relaxation, focus and attention, emotional regulation, and other concerns.

Hypnosis is not about losing control or being unconscious. Instead, it is a collaborative process in which you remain aware and involved throughout the experience.

Each hypnosis treatment is individualized. We begin by identifying your goals and creating a treatment approach that fits your needs. When appropriate, sessions may also include an audio recording that you can use between sessions to continue practicing the skills developed in therapy.

50-minute clinical hypnosis: $295

90-minute clinical hypnosis session: $495

Clinical Hypnosis Therapy Package: $3,450

  • one 50-minute initial clinical hypnosis session

  • six 50-minute clinical hypnosis sessions
