The Regulated Self Series is a guided audio experience designed to help you understand and regulate your nervous system in real life—not just conceptually. It blends clinical insight with simple, practical tools so you can actually shift how you feel in moments of stress, overwhelm, or emotional intensity.
Think of it as nervous system education + regulation tools you can come back to anytime you need support.
This is for you if you feel like you know what you should be doing emotionally, but in the moment it still doesn’t land.
It’s especially supportive for people who experience anxiety, overwhelm, shutdown, emotional reactivity, or feeling “stuck in their head” and want something that actually translates into the body and daily life.
You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from this—just ready for more regulation and steadiness.
You’ll receive structured audio sessions that walk you through nervous system education and real-time regulation tools. Each tier builds on the last, so you’re not just collecting information—you’re building capacity over time.
This includes grounding practices, reflective prompts, and practical strategies you can use in the moment, not just after the fact.
Most support either stays highly conceptual (“understand your patterns”) or overly motivational (“just regulate your nervous system!”).
This series sits in the middle in a very intentional way.
It helps you understand what’s happening in your nervous system and gives you tools that actually help your body shift in real time. It’s less about fixing yourself and more about learning how to come back into regulation more consistently.
A lot of content online teaches what regulation is, but not how to actually practice it when you’re inside the moment.
This series is built specifically around application—what to do when you’re already activated, shut down, spiraling, or disconnected.
It’s designed to be usable, not just informative.
